Our stay at the lodge was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was ready for us, with the heating on, beds made, and the hot tub waiting to be enjoyed. The location felt wonderfully secluded, yet still within easy reach of everything we needed. It was so peaceful, without any noisy neighbors or barking dogs to disturb us. The kitchen had all the cooking equipment we needed, including a fridge and separate freezer. What's more, the owners were fantastic with their communication, allowing us to add our daughter to our trip at the last minute. The lodge itself was lovely, and we had a great time soaking in the hot tub. The woodland walks were perfect for our dogs, especially since one of them had just had surgery. The fact that the bedrooms were on the ground floor was a major bonus for us. There was even a trail through the woods that our dog could use. The welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch, providing us with helpful suggestions for local places to visit and great pubs to try. our stay was spacious, cosy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway with our furry friends. We couldn't have asked for more!

We had a wonderful stay at Primrose 17, one of the Woodland Lodges in Carmarthen. The lodge was spacious and cosy, perfect for our getaway with our dogs. We were especially grateful that the bedrooms were on the ground floor, making it easier for our dog with the amputated leg. The location was ideal, with Tenby and Saundersfoot close by for day trips. We loved exploring the surrounding woodland and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax. The lodge was clean and well-equipped, and the welcome pack provided helpful information about local pubs and places to visit.

    It was all superb! 👍

The breakfast option could have been better.

Quiet location, no noisy neighbors or barking dogs. Easy access to nearby attractions like Tenby and Saundersfoot.

Finding the location in the dark was a bit challenging, more signposts would be helpful. Poor lighting outside the lodges and no outside light by the hot tub made it difficult to see at night.

Lodge was well-prepared upon arrival, with heating, made beds, and ready-to-use hot tub. Location is peaceful and easily accessible. Kitchen has all necessary equipment and separate freezer. Great communication from owners allowed for last-minute addition of daughter. Quiet area without noise or barking dogs. Lodge itself is comfortable with nice surroundings. Enjoyed the hot tub and dog-friendly walks in the woods. Local pub, Corvus, is lovely. A car is necessary, but location is central.

The lodge was spacious and cozy, perfect for a Christmas getaway. The bedrooms being on the ground floor was a bonus, especially for our dog with a recent leg amputation. The location was quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We also appreciated the welcome pack upon arrival, which provided helpful information about local pubs and places to visit.

Finding the location was a bit challenging, especially since there weren't enough signposts to guide us. The lack of lighting outside the lodges made it difficult to park and navigate in the dark.

We recently stayed at a lodge in Carmarthen and had a fantastic time. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. The hot tub was a great addition and we enjoyed using it during our stay. The surrounding woodland provided beautiful walks for our dogs, which was a big plus. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for cooking. our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this lodge to others.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. the lodge could do with a mop for keeping the floors clean, especially when travelling with a dog.

The location of the lodge is quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay without any noisy neighbors or barking dogs. the lodge offers a spacious and cosy environment, perfect for a getaway with dogs. The lodge also has bedrooms on the ground floor, which is a convenient feature, especially for those with disabled dogs.

The shower had issues with blockage, causing inconvenience during use. the hot tub was not properly cleaned, and the cleaning staff only checked the chemicals, resulting in an unclean experience for guests.

Loved the hot tub, it was a delight to relax in after a long day. The surrounding woodlands were great for walks, perfect for the dogs. And the nearby pub, Corvus, was a gem.

Oh, how I missed a mop to keep the floors pristine for my dog. And steps to the hot tub would've been nice, because who needs easy access?
